Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will incur a $60 fee that is forfeited and separate to treatment costs, and the practice may at its discretion ask for the full treatment amount to be paid in advance before rebooking.
Please note all new patients are required to pay a $60 booking fee, which can be applied to any treatment on the day of your appointment. cancellations within 24 hours notice may forfeit the fee and will require a new deposit to rebook .
